Wetzlarer Hof in Wetzlar

In the past I must have gotten lucky, this time not. Rooms on fourth floor are small, hot, only have a small window, and most importantly the bed was uncomfortable and sideways tilted (room 417). At some point in the night or morning there were repeated noises of boxes of bottles (or dishes) being moved around. Still 3 stars, staff is always friendly, breakfast is usually good (currently the experience is a bit limited due to covid19 measures), location is very good. Parking is usually okay, although not always easy (parking on the street in front of the hotel, or across from the hotel on a small parking lot). It's free, though.

A lovely little hotel located in the old town. In a beautiful area next to wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Nice rooms for staying alongside pastoral quiet

Old and humble hotel in Wetzlar with no air conditioning at the rooms nor at the restaurant. I went last week for 5 days and it was very uncomfortable.
